I have also tried closing the game, restarting my Xbox, logging out of my account, checking my network connection, re-installing the game, and checking the Xbox services. I have also contacted Epic games support and when their suggestions did not solve my issue, they told me that I need to contact Xbox support.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App. As for the Identity portion: 1. Copy the link provided Xbox Identity provider. 2. When you copy and paste the link open it in Microsoft Store. 3. Install the app then launch Xbox App. 4. it should ask you to sign in again completely.

In the Xbox Live App i clicked on Login - Login with another Account - and there i used the exact same Account Details from my Account... And oh wow look at this... i got logged in again.
